Dr. Shah did not care about the patient and not willing to listen to the patient's concerns. He works in the worst office - Sheppard 685 where they never answer calls. Dr. Shah encourages the reception staff's behaviour and it is all about fast in-out profit.

Two surgeries later and I love Dr. Shah. Wait times was very short. I have great confidence in him.
