Doesn't listen to patients. Often have to go to emergency because he misdiagnoses and says there is nothing wrong. He is always away and appointments are hard to get. Sometimes they expect you to wait 2 weeks to see him when it is urgent. The staff don't listen when you book an appointment. You ask for evenings because you work and they try and give you an afternoon appointment and you have to repeat several times that you work and need an evening appointment before they give you one. I would definitely not recommend Dr. Rothbard and the office staff. There are other doctors there but I don't know them but if the staff is as dense with their appointments, I'd stay away from the clinic altogether.
