I was referred to Dr. Tai after previously seeing another neurologist, who, for various reasons I was no longer a patient of. From the first appointment, Dr. Tai listened to what I had to say about my condition, took a thorough history, and was willing to talk about various different treatment plans. His office called me a few days before my appointment to make sure I had the date correct.
