Dr. Urback is something you don't find often in Ontario (because the system discourages it) - a doctor who will take the time to understand you. He's a really nice guy - a pleasure to deal with. It's a bit hard to get hold of his staff, though.

I thank God for this man all the time - he is rare...which Doctor calls you on Father's Day not to mention the many times he has called me after hours even on Sundays....others report the same. May God continue to bless you as you pour into the lives of your patents. I am a single-mother and he remains a father-figure to my girls. Such care, compassion, expertise and I must stay he stays current. Thank you so much Dr. Urback and your team. You deserve "10"!

He is not my doctor but has seen me on a few occasions. I find that he is very knowledgeable and caring. He is the very best and I would be greatful if he was my regular doctor. I would switch in a flash.

Dr. Urback actually reads his files. He is up to date on most new medical news. Lovely to work with! In fact, the best doctor I've ever had and I'm over 50yrs. old. smile
