"Superb" is right adjective to describe Dr. Ridout. Whenever a doctor asks me who my endocrinologist is and I say, "Dr. Ridout at Toronto Western" they all make some positive comment like, "She's very good." or "You're in good hands there.". One almost shouted, "She's excellent!". I did not ask for their opinions of Dr. Ridout. The doctors' reactions were spontaneous. So she is held in high by other medical professionals, not just me.

Dr. Ridout is great coming from a patient that never wanted to see another female Dr. in my life. yes she is professional and clinical but she is helpful and patient.
