This doctor is rude. Once his staff arranged an appointment for test result, after travelled far away to get there, the result was ready yet and it was OUR PROBLEM! What's worse, he asked us to get out and refused to talk anymore! Another time, he was late because he just came back from skiing and entered the room, my head was hit by his equipment, but he didn't have a single apologize even for his 20 minutes late!! Anyway, it's been almost half a year and he hasn't completed figure out the solution about the patient situation and I will never want to see him again after this illness is settled.

Dr. Rene has been my family doctor for almost 16 years. He is the best doctor we have ever had! He is knowledgeable, always up to date with the latest in medicine; he is caring and compassionate; and refers to the best specialists in the city. I can't imagine going to anyone else.
