Dr gaal is a great doctor and I am going to miss her when she retires, which will be soon. She is currently looking for a replacement to take over her practice.

Very awful, let a poor infant be the last patient in, 3 hour wait, and uses google to tell us what to do that we already know. Would have rather went to emerge department than seeing this incompetent doctor. Her licence needs to be revoked.

Next to impossible to get through on the telephone. No recall on test results. Receptionist has poor interpersonal skills.

Very busy office and the phone lines can be a bit of a problem getting through but well worth it once you get to see Dr. Gaal. She is very nice, knowledgeable and caring. If you need to see a specialist, she doesn't hesitate to forward you on to whoever you need. I have been her patient about 20 yrs. now and hope for my sake she never retires. She is the best! Gail.

Has steered me well throughout most of my life (grade 2+). Office is often packed unfortunately and the time she has for her patient is limited. Very intelligent and knowledgeable.

This office is always super busy. It's very hard to call and get an appointment as the lines are usually busy. Thankfully they have a walk-in clinic now. Dr. Gaal herself is very nice and very quick due to her knowledge and skills. Plus she actually treats the cause and not just the symtoms! How novel!
