I would rate Dr. Heckadon higher in caring and helpfulness and knowledge if I could rate higher. He managed to deal with a slightly slashed up teenage girl after she went through a windshield and he still said I was beautiful. He did point out before subsequent surgeries that he couldn't turn me into Cinderalla if I wasn't already her before the accident. I would love to be reassessed by him now to see if he could improve upon the existing scars. Bev Podor in Chatham now
