Waited to see her but outstanding care. takes a while to get a reveral but worth the wait and if it is urgent she will fit you in right away. Friendly and caring staff

Dr Batchra is a terrific individual. Fabulous, caring doctor, respected and knowledgable surgeon. My experience with her has been exceptional, a successful surgery, excellent follow-up, and her main concern was my overall well-being. Did wait 20-40 minutes to see her and an hour the first time, but she does fit people in who need to be seen urgently, so I respect that. Staff was a bit impersonal/cold, surprising considering how terrific Dr Batchra is. Staff follow up was a bit disappointing.

It took an extra half of an hour to get in to see her but she was pleasant, informative and didn't push to have surgery. Definitely had my 2 year old son's health as the priority.
