Recent radical prostatectomy. Extremely thorough and expains all aspects in laymans terms.Involves client in decision making. Confidence building bedside manner. Suggested becoming informed in alternative procedures before making a decision. Office staff is straight forward, efficient and doesn't tolerate dishonest clients.

office staff appear 'officious' and do not sound responsive to a patient calling; --- but the care provided by this Doctor is absolutely fantastic. He is very thorough, explains everything clearly; is very pleasent to deal with. He takes away the stress of the kidney stones and related pain. Strong bedside manner -- inspires confidence

Bladder cancer, female,age 58. Dr Girvan tells it quickly, answers all questions bluntly but professionally. He has always seen me after surgery and I feel he is a good urologist/surgeon. 2 surgeries in less than a year.. but I am a survivor. Thanks to Dr Girvan's skills.
