Dr. Sabatino is the best family physician in the City of Ottawa. I am a senior and a heart patient and she has saved my life on many occasions. She is compassionate, understanding, listens and is fast acting with diagnosis and referrals. In my books, she is more than the 5 referenced here.

I love Sabatino, have been going to her since I was a child. She is incredibly smart and attentive. The nurses are great, however the receptionist is very hard to deal with at times.

In my 60 some years Dr. Sabatino is tied for No. with the Doctor in my hometown that cared for me when I was a child. She is up to date on medical conditions and changes. She is thorough and ensures that you are referred to a speciailist for further investigation to address any problems. The staff compliment this great Docotor and exporess a similar level of caring and respect to the patient's needs.

Love Dr. Sabatino I have been going to her for over 20 years. She is quick to refer, up on new medical information, she is the best!!! Her nurse Mary is awesome as well. Unfortunalty though when I call to make an apt. it is sometimes hard to get in and the recieptionist makes me feel like I am bothering her when I call and I dread having to talk to her. She either hates her job or is really bad and knowing how to be polite and talk to people..

I began seeing Dr. Sabatino when I was a university student. A husband and two children later, she is still our family doctor and we all love her. She is very thorough and really feels like she listens to us. She is quick to make referrals or have us go for tests, even just for our peace of mind. SHe is always friendly, soft spoken and very good with kids.

I have been with Dr Sabatino for more than 12 years at least, since she took over from other 2 previous family physicians I had at that location. She is my true angel, likely very up-to-dated on current medical news. I wish we have more doctors like Dr Sabatino around to help patients. She cares about her patients and follow up thoroughly, writing and updating my medical charts at each visit...

I have been going to this same office for almost 40 yrs and have never had an issue. (3 doctors during that time perios). The staff is excellent, helpful and actually quite pleasant to deal with!
