Amazing Doctor who actually listens to people and asks questions before diagnosing, and actually cares for her patients. A rare find. Front staff is great, some patients may have a reason to give negative rating, as rude and abusive behaviour is not tolerated. Respect is the key word for this office.

Great doctor, excellent nurses BUT front staff (Anna and another, I'm not sure her name) are almost always unpleasant, this is especially unfortunate as often one is already not feeling well :(

Only one negative comment, the front desk receptionist is not very friendly. On a better note, nurses are wonderful and caring. Great facility - really nice to have a lab on-site and especially with a comfy chair!!!

I've been a patient of Dr.Duchesne for at least 10 yrs and I have to say that I can't find a more compassionate, knowleadgable, and professional doctor. She listens to what you have to say, takes notes and seems to have all the answers. That's because she won't send you away with a prescription if she doesn't have a clue.
