I've been a patient of Dr. Phelan for a long time. She is always concearned when its time to be but has amazing bedside. She is actually the glue that holds my many docs together. They don't talk anyways, so It's nice for Dr The Phelan to have access to the TOH system. I usually defer to her before a big decision. And don't get me started on the facility. It's amazing what you have access to. Matt Davidson
