I couldn't be happier with every aspect of this office! Dr. tanner is the most empathetic and caring family MD I have ever met. I work in health care and can also honestly say that the staff are hard working and dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for all the office clients. I have never had a short or curt response, nor have I ever felt anything other than heard, cared for and supported. More than once this staff has gone out of their way to accomodate my hectic schedule and last minute requests. I am surprised by other ratings I have read here. Keep up the amazing work. The front desk staff are curt and unfriendly when simple questions are asked. No explanation or indication of schedule when checking in which would be helpful.

I couldn't be hapier having found Dr. Tanner and this office. The reception staff do their best to acomodate everyone and keep everyone on time....one of the first offices I've encountered this with. Dr. Tanner is empathetic, calm, caring and sincere. Her offices truly offer a humanistic aproach to family medicine.

Dr. Tanner is a good physician, however the office, in my view, is not run well. Dr. Tanner is very patient oriented, and this means appts can run beyond the expected timeframe. That said, the office staff will not provide any sense of how long the delay is and seems offended when you ask about it and generally won't respond (my experience). She's a good doctor, so I continue to go back, but I bring my work and cell phone with me so I don't waste so much of my time.
