Dr Dawdy encourages exercise. He isn't a pill pusher which I appreciate and that is the reason I stayed with him. He is kind of rushed when I see him but he answers my questions. What I don't like about the Ottawa Cardiovascular Center is that after the threadmill test, there is no rest period to see if we are ok, the staff just kicks you out ASAP after the threadmill test. They should keep us there for 15 minutes after the test to see how we are doing but the staff doesn't care. Also the Ottawa Cardiovascular Center has no diagrams or models of a heart so Dr Dawdy has to use his hands to explain things. You would think with all the money they are raking in they could afford a picture of a heart or a 3D plastic model to explain things to us. It is after all a Cardiovascular Center.

Doctor Dawdy started treating me sfter I had a terrible experiece at heart institute, he reinstated my trust in doctors.
