This is my third time being submitted into the psychiatric part of the hospital because I have been brought here by police to see if I am sane. I have had Dr Moise all three times and he has pretty much ignored me every time. I then get discharged and receive no follow up from Dr Moise or his team. My name is Jocelyn Lee Bishop and I am a survivor of a self inflicted inoxicite brain injury. My memory is still very poor but I am able to at least try my best to get help that I require. I have been more than ignored by Dr Moise however the rating above is for the staff here at the hospital, (nurses, porters, emergency staff, etc). I do not feel that I am in anyway important or cared for by Dr Moise, I feel like I am simply a To Do on his long list of patients. I rated him poorly on knowledge as I have not seen him enough to obtain any knowledge from him so I gave him a 1 on that. Caring/helpfulness again a 1 on that, as I'm made many requests & complaints about a lack of care and I do not feel like any of them have been enough. (Ie simply getting toothpaste is hard in here, and I simply want to follow basic health care routine so that my teeth stay healthy). And punctuality is hilarious here, I am a patient sitting in the hospital because of doctors orders to see if I am sane but I feel like I am completely ignored and put away (ie I am in the furthest possible room from the nursing station) so if I decide to complain or voice my opinion about something, then I will need to walk approximately 5 minutes before I reach anyone who works here. I'm just lucky that the other patients here are kind and for the most part quiet, as they

This guy is great if you get to see him. Really knowledgeable and he really cares. He's very busy but always makes time for you.
