Four times in the past several months I was unable to get medical care from her and four times they attempted to send me to the Practitioner Nurse who can only basically write notes and give prescriptions and can't diagnose a person with Carpel Tunnel Syndrome or anything else. Im going to look for another family doctor because this is ridculous.

OMG Doctor De Salaberry is a awesome doctor to deal with. My family and I are very pleased to have her as our family Doctor. Nurse Nicole Martin is one of the best too
