The staff at reception is appalling!...NUMEROUS times I have been bumped for someone else, or staff forgets to take my file and put me in the queue, or they have mysteriously cancelled my appointment...and I only find out after checking in and complaining on waiting so long! They have also shown complete lack of professionalism and have blurted confidential matters out in the open for all people in waiting room to hear. I LOVE my doctor... and have travelled far as I've kept her through all my moves around the region but the support staff is COMPLETELY undesirable and INCOMPETENT! After one too many times of this happening, I've finally reached my tipping point and I am considering finding a doctor for me and my daughters closer to home that has reliable, friendly and COMPETENT staff to support her.
