My mother-in-law needed urgent attention. She is a patient of Dr. Gagnon. I reached her office,got an appointment. Dr.Gagnon is also concerned and requested follow-up tests. My mother-in-law is reassured.

We've been patients of Dr. Gagnon for 5 years. She's a young doctor, knowledgeable regarding new medicine/vaccine. Me personality, am not a big fan of vaccines and made her aware of that since day one but still encourages me to go the vaccination way! no respect for my personal interest. She seems very caring, and probably has all intentions too, but hasn't answered some of my concerns...couldn't recognize bed bug bites! She's a great person but I believe I need a doctor with more knowledge and experience.

ive found that every time i go see her i feel like im wasting her time. she doesn't seem to care very much and doesn't even suggest anything and shes very hard to make an appointment with. if she doesnt know what wrong then thats it, no referrals to specialist or other doctors or anything. over all i hate going to see her. looking for a new doc asap :(

Usually satisfied with her service but she has refused to see my daughter, who is her patient, and told me to go to a walk-in clinic knowing she may have a bladder (or kidney) infection. I also know her schedule was open since the secretery told me the night before. I called at 8:00 on the dot and the secretery called me back later that morning to tell me my 'best bet is to go to a walk-in clinic'. A professional, caring doctor would NOT do that to a 4 year old girl.

Tres attentionner avec tous ses patients, elle prend le temps de faire ses recherches si elle n'est pas certaine d'une information a donner. Tres satisfaite de ma medecin elle prend tres bien soin de mon garcon aussi
