DR.HIRSH AND HIS STAFF ARE VERY PATIENCE I LIKE HIS STAFF THEY ALL ARE VERY HELPFUL AND DR. HIRSH EXPLAINS EVERYTHING CLEAR ENOUGH FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS SAYING WEATHER IT IS GOOD NEWS OR BAD.

Leslie is always pleasant and professional, a pleasure to talk to on the phone and in person. Brenda,the other receptionist can be quite abrupt and rude. Brenda the nurse usually is kind and professional but also can be abrupt and rude, only though a few times a year I often wonder how Dr. Hirst would treat a senior who was very ill - it would be a shame if the receptionist, Brenda and Dr. Hirsh would treat an ill senior the way they treat some younger patients, or a person dying of cancer. I hope not. If you only have a minor problem, then the staff and Dr. Hirst are pleasant, otherwise be prepared and have some tissues handy when your leave the office, try to make it to your car to or bus, not to cry and yell and please don't drive or try to return too work until you have calmed down & do not drive as it will be too dangerous to calm yourself down after your session. Previously he was mainly 90% kind and understanding, but not in the past few years. If you have an illness he doesn't understand and bother him too much about it, he makes your meetings so miserable you will never go back unfortunately. He is a very good Doctor, but only if you aren't too ill. Look for a new Doctor for your health conerns.

I HAVE BEEN WITH DR HIRSH FOR MANY YEARS. HE IS A VERY CARING DOCTOR HE ADRESSES ALL ISSUES I AM CONCERNED WITH. DR HIRSH IS VERY THURAL IN HIS EXAMINATION. I FIND HE IS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR. HIS STAFF IS VERY CARING AND DOCTOR HIRSH HAS A VERY GOOD TEAM WITH HIS STAFF. VERY CARING DOCTOR AS VERY CARING STAFF.

Does not like to deal with multiple problems gets upset when he has more than two issues to deal with. Needs a course in anger management. This man is not suited to be a doctor in the wrong occupation

My family and I have been with Dr. Hirsh for many years. He is knowledgeable and kind. A great sense of humour too. Dr. Hirsh's staff has always been very helpul. I am very satisfied with the exceptional service I have received at his clinic.
