Dealt with the doctor for many years now so I feel like I can write a review. Dr. Eid tends to be a bit contradictory and/or conflicted with her actions to say the least. If you had to visit her it would be a "meh" experience. When you go there, it's like a gamble. You never know what you're going to get. It might be a long wait or a few minutes, have Dr. Eid be in a positive mood or in a negative mood, if the staff are going to be nice to you or not, if Dr. Eid is going to be typing in a fast and quick way or a slow and paced way. You never know what you're going to get. For example, she's willing to spend extra time with you but she isn't willing to explain what's wrong with you in detail unless you put in the effort to ask and even then you get a half answer. You feel a bit uncomfortable in asking because she's so busy on that computer. Typing fast and staring so close at the screen, no wonder she has the glasses. Every time I go there I wonder why does she spends so much time on that computer. One may argue that she is writing notes on the computer and even if she was she would be writing a lot of notes. My theory is that she writes down what you say word by word. I once tried to make small talk and I got ignored (I asked about the weather, it was snowing that day. She stopped typing, looked at me for what felt like a good couple of seconds, and carried on with typing. At the time I was offended by it but now I laugh about it.) She doesn't really care about your well being, she's just doing her job I guess and no one can argue with that because the minimum she has to do is do her job after all. We're not entitled to her being super caring and talkative, all we're entitled to is a doctor that simple does his/her job. I think the way Dr. Eid does her job is by assuming things are OK if no comments were made about them. And of course, that sounds silly because when you go to a doctor you tell the doctor everything that's wrong with you. You'd be surprised, but there are some people out there who assume that the doctor would know what's wrong with them without talking about it. Like the children and the elderly for example. You really gotta take the initiative to bring up all problems because Dr. Eid won't bring them up. For example, for a general check up Dr. Eid won't ask things like "So how is your health?" or "Anything wrong? Have you been sick recently? So really it's just a "meh" experience. Dr. Eid isn't a bad doctor, but she isn't a great doctor. She's just a doctor, nothing special. Not memorable at all. It's not necessarily a bad thing. If you want a doctor that does an acceptable job but puts no effort into her patients in any way whatsoever this may be the doctor for you. Many people I know would love to have a doctor like Dr. Eid because they don't want to have a doctor that is very attached to their patients in the sense where they ask many questions and ensure everything is ok. They don't want a bad doctor, they don't want a good doctor, they just want a doctor. And that is what Dr. Eid is, a doctor. Not a special doctor in any way whatsoever.

Wait times are ridiculous ( 60 mins minimum) and when you finally see her, she looks at her computer the entire time , won't ask how you are or connect with you.

Dr. Eid is VERY thorough, and takes her time with you. She will leave no stone unturned. The ONLY downside is her appointments are rarely ontime, so be prepared to wait, sometimes significantly. It's the price we have to pay to have her give the attention that may people's cases demand.

Not very good at all bed side manner is poor attitude is rushed and you can only say one problem at a time other wise being instructed to make another appointment

Waiting time for a three year old toddler has averaged over two hours per visit. The last was for explosive diahorrea and the response after a query at the 1.5 hour mark was "if you make an appointment here, you're gonna wait". After two hours, the receptionist asked for his health card for the third time, after asking moments earlier if he was someone else! At all appointments the doctor types away at her huge Apple computer during the visit and titches irritatedly if your explanation outpaces her typing speed. No bedside manner with children to boot. Beware if the province finds this doctor for you, there is a reason. I do not know where the other reviewers are going, as every visit for my child and myself has been consistently unsettling on a number of levels.

Great doctor she follows my chart and nothing is left unresolved. She gives me the time I need at my appointment to answer all my questions.

Very knowledgeable and caring. Takes the time to sit with the patient and doesn't rush to judge the ailment's cause. Very good staff and a great spacious office.
